Schnoll Painting recently completed the total renovation of the Loews Hotel at 1200 Market Street, Philadelphia PA. The project consisted of 579 guest rooms, 26 floors of corridors and elevator lobbies. The compressed schedule required exacting coordination between our Foreman, Superintendent and the Loews Representative.

Schnoll’s scope of work included:

• Removing the existing wall covering
• Patching the walls
• Sealing the walls with a stain seal
• Installing new wall covering
• Painting ceilings, walls, doors, frames and trim

The renovation was completed within 3 months, with only two floors out of operation per week. Our team of project managers, superintendents and skilled craftsmen met logistical and scheduling requirements to complete the work on time and on budget.
